Can I....?? (TDEE question)

I am 5' 5" and 135 pounds trying to get to 128. I exercise 5 times a week: 2 lifting days, 1 long run (training for a half marathon) and 4 shorter runs.
Could I just plug my height, GOAL weight into TDEE calculator, set the activity to light activity, use that (which I get 1627 calories) as my goal and then eat back my exercise calories? Would that work to get me down to 128?
I am with those who are a little confused on the TDEE. I was thinking if I set my calories to what my body would expend at 128 pounds with no activity, that would get me to my goal?

MFP automatically sets goal calories based on TDEE at sedimentary. Use this.
Add in your exercise , and you will see the goal calories increase for that day to reflect the added burn of exercise.0
