I did the one in Atlanta. It was loads of fun but do NOT think you are going to run it. I ran to the first color station and after that, it was absolutely impossible to run because of the crowds of people. There wasn't even a clock at the race. But the experience was great. Thanks everyone for your knowledge!!! And for the humorous boob comments. lol. Lots of giggles this morning! Glad to know the k-cups have a filter in them. We have Keurig here at work and I do love it but I only use it once or twice a week. Usually I bring my coffee from home for the commute in. Anyways, I have used the…

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. That gives me a good list to take a look at. I know the triggers are different for everyone, but it's a good way to get a start at looking at it. Mine are also caused by barometric pressure changes (big storm rolling in, etc) but I'm a strong believer in changing diet to counteract…

I do love sugar. I don't eat a large amount of it, but I do eat some. I'll watch that and see. Thanks!

Mine is always worse during TOM also, so I guess I'm wondering if it may be a food combined with my hormones. What are OC's?

Haha, I DEFINITELY get enough snacks. I am going to have to look into the cheese thing though. *scratches head*

I make marinated salads also on Sunday and bring them throughout the week. This week is kidney beans, garbanzo beans, lentils, peas, little bit of corn, celery, carrot, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, sprinkle of feta cheese, sliced olives, mixed with red wine vinegar, olive oil, and splash of lemon juice.

I set different goals for myself every 1/2 mile. Always trying to meet the next goal. I make the next goal while I'm working on the current one so it's always fresh.

My addiction (yes, I crave it ALL the time) is cabbage sliced thin and sauteed in olive oil and a LOT of basil. You can use dried or fresh, but it's a LOT. It is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo yummy. :) Mmmmmmm.....

This. And if you don't want to look like you are "watching" what everyone else does, puff out your chest and breath really heavy with your hands on your hips like you're taking a breather. lol. Or, pace back and forth to get a better view but watch. hehe. That's what I do, to watch other people. Or, I watch one day…

I would love to join! I'm part of a Biggest Loser Challenge here at work and this would be perfect motivation to keep that up. Also, I need some motivation to keep up with my measuring (isn't it weird that I can motivate myself to exercise, but not measure??) Anyways, thanks!! Kate

SO weird because I saw the title of the post and assumed it would be people posting about foods they can no longer eat. My very first thought was, "I'll never eat Campbell's soup again. The thought of it makes me gag." and I had NO idea about what you posted. I just think it's nasty and when I open a can, I gag.…
