I started at around 155 and popping out a little too much. The photo on my profile is at about 135ish, as it was taken a year ago I don't remember the actual weight. I am currently aiming for 125ish and toning up a little.0

5 ft 4 and half. Went from 140 to 120 ish...
It was hard work - have to eat right 70% of the time and have a regular exercise routine. It's the only way it works for me.
Good luck x0 -

I am 5'5". I went from 144 to 125/130. I fluctuate back and forth (which is fine with me). I have gone from a size 12 to a size 6. I haven't been in a 6 since HS. I have a program that I follow and absolutely love!!!! If you would like to hear about it you can find me on Facebook...Heather Shapaka. Request me or inbox me for more information. Have an awesome day!!! :happy:0

Im 5'6 and started at 146lbs, have aimed for the mimimal weight loss a week of 1/2 lb! (works out for me at 1400 calories per day). Am down to 134 lbs, and aiming for 126lbs. So getting there! Its been easy sticking the the calorie intake, and I also cycle to work and go spinning one or twice a week. I fail quite badly at weekends.. drinking alcohol and eating out. But still been losing the weight pretty consistently. Slow and steady is the answer for me!
Good luck!0 -

You are exactly where I want to be!! Started at 144 about a year ago, am now at 134, size 6/8 and want to get to an almost loose 4. Want to fit comfortably in 4's.0 -
5'6" went from 140 about 2-3 years ago to 127 a year a go.... and now the mantain battle continues and fluctuates from 133 give or take 3 lbs
I will say the 140 lbs down to the 127, I lost fat and gained not much muscle and now that I am in the 133 range I have a lot more muscle since ive been lifting heaving and my 133 lb butt and legs look much nicer than the 127 lb ones0 -
I'm 5' 4 1/2" and my goal is 125-130. I have lost about 60 pounds so far, almost half way there!
I love running and burn the most calories when doing it but I enjoy getting outdoors now. Right now, in just and hour, I burn about 1000 calories!
Find workouts that you love doing and that will get you to look forward to completing them.0 -

I ran with a 200-300 calorie deficit and ate my exercise calories back. Any bigger deficit and I did not lose. I work out 5-6 days a week. It was majnly running and Turbo Fire when I lost my last 10 lbs. Now I run, lift and do various DVDs.
Any one feel free to friend me:).0 -
haha i am 5'5 and 140-145 is my goal weight at >18% body fat with loads of muscle!0

This. Lol, 140 is my goal weight, depending on bodyfat percentage. I know from experience that af the BF% i want I'll be around 140.
I'm 5'5.5. I wasn't even 125 when I competed.0 -

I am prepared for my weight to go up now that I am lifting heavier.
I am at 23% bf and hoping for 20%.0 -
I'm 5'4 and started at 138 and am now about 136 (wow, huh). I'm over 40 and each year it gets harder and harder. I had gotten down to 128, which is my goal weight a few years ago. I then ate my way through divorcing my alcoholic husband and found all the weight I'd lost. I'm working on losing it again and staying stronger this time around. Exercise is not, nor has it ever been (with the exception of recovering from numerous knee surgeries) an issue for me. Eating, on the other hand, is and has been. I tend to turn to cocoa puffs and bread when I'm miserable, lazy or depressed. Cocoa puffs mixed with Frosted Flakes is my favorite all time meal. I'm changing that as my life moves forward.0

I exercise and stay within my calories. If anything I am TOO good. Keep hearing that you should eat your exercise calories but don't understand why I'm not losing on a larger deficit. I've got a BMF and having to eat about 2000 cals to get a 500 deficit. That seems loads. I need to have faith and give it a go I suppose.
I've been eating about 1450. My TDEE is about1800 according to fitbit but 2300 according to BMF.0 -

Crazy. You and I have the exact same start, current and goal.0 -
Awesome!!! That's amazing. How long did it take you?0

I'm 5'2 (shorter than most girls in this post) but I started at about 148 after a month post-partum.... now at 121. Keeping my calories in check (about 1300 daily) and I breast fed for 4 months.. which helped.0

5'5, started at 230+, currently 143 and goal is 125-ish (depends on my BF - I'm still at 28% and am aiming for 20%).0
