Wow, that sounds ambitious, I'm impressed! I don't have any training advice, but really enjoyed driving that route :)

Agree, calamine, cortizone cream and try taking some benadryl per Web MD. Good luck.

My husband loves my salt & pepper hair and I get a lot of compliments on it in general. I have short hair and don't want to commit to coloring it every 3 weeks. The only problem is that people sometimes assume I'm older because of it.

I can't speak from personal experience, but I did see a documentary about some athletes that had what they considered faster and better recoveries after surgery using PRP. According to the medical journals, it's too early to tell if it's effective, but the results have been promising. Good luck with the surgery and wishing…

That being said, when I lost weight previously my calves did shrink a few inches due to fat loss and…

My brother really liked the "Power of 10". It emphasizes raising and lowering heavy weights very slowly. If you want something different, he also likes "Miracle Seven", but it doesn't require weights, it's all isometric exercises. Another interesting book I like is "You Are Your Own Gym", again no weights, you use your…

Hi all, I'm Heather and I just started on E2L a couple of weeks ago. I'm pretty happy with this plan as that I love fruit and veggies and was vegan for many years until an obesity specialist told me to eat more protein. I did lose weight on his plan, but I felt like an airhead and was hungry all of the time :( Although it…
