  • the calories will be the same, ( other than you can pack more cooked veg into a cup than uncooked, ) unless you cook it in butter or something else fattening. So enjoy the veg all you want. Also when you cook the veg you loose some of the nutrients... but what can you do. Enjoy.
  • I feel your pain. I also have that problem. When I was wrestling 8 years ago I weighed in at 245lbs and only 8 percent body fat....all arround the belly. while I lost it it was the last thing to go. So please don't lose hope, for me it seemed to be always there but one day I looked down and it was gone.
  • I will have a bowl greens with a big berry of some kind. I take a blackberry with each fork full of greens and feast. a big bowl is arround 150 to 200 cals but all good cals( the fat burning kind, even if had in the evening.)
