Vegetable weight/calories

Hi everyone! I have a query about calories in vegetables...the calories on the packet don't say whether it's cooked weight (100g) or pre-cooked weight...and would the post cooked weight matter anyway if it's only water absorption?? Confused!!!
Enjoyed a huge plate of broccoli, green beans and cabbage tonight and for the amount (heaps) it didn't add up to much in the way of calories...?

I am on a diet plan and for us we weigh the vegetables and meat raw. Unless you are adding in sauces and things that would up the calories, I generally would go with the pre-cooked weight and calories.0

the calories will be the same, ( other than you can pack more cooked veg into a cup than uncooked, ) unless you cook it in butter or something else fattening. So enjoy the veg all you want.
Also when you cook the veg you loose some of the nutrients... but what can you do.
