I really enjoy the Costco ones too! Cookie dough and peanut butter are great. For those of you who have had quest bars - do they hurt your stomach? I’m okay with the Costco ones but I’m slightly worried about trying the quest ones since I’ve heard some people didn’t feel well after. Thanks so much!

I put it in a pan, cut up fake sausage - Trader Joes sells them too and put tomato sauce on it. Bake it on 350 for like 25/30 minutes - really good!

Have you ever tried almond butter and pickle sandwiches? They are AMAZING.

i know upping calories sounds REALLY scary but if you keep adding about 200 a week, and you are lifting heavy, you will most likely just build muscle, and the process wont be that quick, so your mind will have to time to adjust to it. you guys can do it!

are you having it on an empty stomach? when i have tea without eating anything, i get super nauseous so the point that i felt i was going to throw up. i read somewhere that tea can do this as it is very acidic or basic, can't rem which one. try having it with food and see what happens :)

hmm lets see- almonds and carrots, almond butter and soy crisps/any cracker, eggs, yogurt and high fiber cereal, dark chocolate (70% or more-- tends to be filling), popcorn and string cheese, edamame, hummus and veggies or hummus and whole wheat pita. hope this helps!
