hi guys! just wanted to know if any of you shorties out there (im 5ft) eat/need 2000 or more to maintain your weight? ive been averaging about 2100-2200 cals and i am maintaining. i'm also lifting weights about 3 times a week. just wanted to see if anyone else is in the same boat. thanks so much!
