Thank you. Yup, it worked and it's higher than it says. and 40 g isn't 1/2 cup...it's actually 1/3 cup.

It's Quaker one minute quick oats and the bag says for 30g so that's why i pick that option instead of the 40g option MFP has for the same oats. I just pick 1g and make it 40 using the 30g option. It's 10 calories off which is not a lot but still.....it's weird.

I'd stay away from them and use real sugar in moderation instead like honey and fruit. Artificial sweeteners are dangerous and can cause a lot of complications. It effected me for a while and you feel horrible with that stuff in your system. Plus, after awhile, it does and will make you crave sweets more since it has no…

Nothing wrong with eating healthy fats, healthy carbs and protein together in the morning...in fact, that is best. I do every morning with my egg white oatmeal.

1/2 cup or sometimes 1/3 cup. I mix it egg whites and or fruit to make it look like more because the egg whites puff it up and add volume and so does the fruit and or nuts if I don't use my natural smooth peanut butter. I also use a small bowl and use a small spoon to create the illusion of eating more than it actually is.
