I personally don't think I need anymore fat on my body than there is now to fix my metabolism....I need muscle, and I shouldn't need stored body fat in order to get it.. =/ I'm not sure how to safely add more and more calories without gaining anymore too much, too fast...I'm hoping the clinic will tell me how....and help…

I can't look for another clinic since we're waiting on this one suggested by my Doctor. but if it takes any longer, I might ask my parents to call the Doctor's office and ask what is taking so long and if I can go to another place.

I do 30 seconds for three times. each time in between i give it a mix. but i do mine on the stove first and then heat it up more. i like my hot oats to stay hot till im finishes eating them unless i do my refrigerator oatmeal. (display pic)

That makes sense. It might take up to a year for me since I need to rebuild quite a bit of muscle. I really hope I can eat normally very soon so I don't damage my metabolism more by counting calories again.. :(

I have been in the past but don't have the strength or energy for it anymore but i try anyways. I do lighter weights since my strength has gone down and body weight. I do what I can right now without hurting myself even more.

She's gorgeous, nough said. not everyone wants to be as fit as all of you people and that's fine. If she loves the way she looks then that's perfectly fine. Stop being so judgmental. There's no need for these types of posts. Curvy, chubby, straight up and down, ect....everyone is different so get use to it.
