Ankle/wrist weights
Wow, they're awesome. I go walking with them now, and added them to my body weight training till I can get my other workout equipment back because of a move we're in the middle of. Anyone else walk with them? My butt and legs are starting to feel it. Even my back and core.

Oat bran?
I picked up some oat bran and was wondering how everyone who has had it, what they think of it. What's your favourite way or ways to have it? I love oatmeal and have it every single morning (not the package stuff, the real stuff), and I love it.

Light or vigorous?
Would you count packing up for a move and lifting boxes, walking around the house while carrying things, putting stuff into garbage bags, ect.. to be considered regular light cleaning or vigorous?

Eating more after months of dieting and calorie restriction
Eating more after months of dieting and calorie restrictions, I gained pure body fat weight and it's sitting on my body weird. I've read and heard many many times that after disordered eating habits, you gain weight quickly and it won't sit on the body evenly but it eventually will. Is this true?

Weighing oats
When I weigh my oats, I notice when I selection the 30 grams option and I choose the 1 gram and then bump it up to 40. I know there is already an option for it, but it says it's 150 but when I use the 30 grams option and put it to 40, it's 160 calories...
