Light or vigorous?

Would you count packing up for a move and lifting boxes, walking around the house while carrying things, putting stuff into garbage bags, ect.. to be considered regular light cleaning or vigorous?

I guess vigorous with a bit of heavy lifting thrown in.0

I guess if it can make you sweat even a little bit and breath harder than normal it would be considered vigorous. lol0 -
