Light or vigorous?

Would you count packing up for a move and lifting boxes, walking around the house while carrying things, putting stuff into garbage bags, ect.. to be considered regular light cleaning or vigorous?

Moving household items and carrying boxes has its own category under exercise- tap in "moving" and it should come up :)

I guess if it can make you sweat even a little bit and breath harder than normal it would be considered vigorous. lol

Nevermind, looked at your profile and realized you're trying to gain.

You need to watch Layne Norton's vids on metabolic damage.
