That voice in my head....

I want to workout again like I use to on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to try to build up my strength again, but I still can't get that voice out of my head that if I eat a post workout snack, I'll go over too much on my calories and some other macros. I feel as though I never burn enough or work my muscles all over enough to be able to eat a good post workout snack to help rebuild my muscles..... = /
