Oat bran?

I picked up some oat bran and was wondering how everyone who has had it, what they think of it. What's your favourite way or ways to have it? I love oatmeal and have it every single morning (not the package stuff, the real stuff), and I love it.

I actually prefer oat bran to regular oatmeal.
I cook 1 cup oatbran with 2 cups milk, 2 cups water, a pinch of salt and 1/4 cup of sugar (or sweetener of choice) till all the liquid is absorbed (takes about 10 min). Then I stir in 4 eggs, whisking well after each egg to incorporate them. Add some vanilla and done! Makes 4 servings.
It's thick, creamy and delicious.
My all-time favorite topping: a tablespoon of peanut butter and some frozen raspberries that I nuked in the microwave. SOOOOO GOOOD0 -

The recipe for the oat bran with milk, sugar/sweetener blend and eggs comes out at 1064 calories for 4.5 cups of cooked oatbran (= 4 servings), that's 266 calories for a generous serving.
Carbs: 35
Fiber: 6
Fat: 9
Protein: 16
Add 1 Tbsp peanut butter for 100 calories and some berries and it comes in at around 400 calories. It's very filling, so for me it's worth it.1 -

I always cook a bigger serving and keep the leftovers in the fridge. It reheats well in the microwave.0
