Yea it worked. Most of the liquid was soaked up by the oats leaving about half of it for the powder.

Losing weight and being healthy is such an easy principal that so many people struggle to follow they need to make it sound difficult to give excuses as to why they fail rather than accepting they lack motivation and give in to temptation.

It is far simpler than that eat when you want, exercise when you want/can. Just make sure when you eat you make healthy controlled choices and when you exercise you push yourself to give a little bit more.

2 weeks is not that much, your body is still adapting and your brain is screaming out for the junk you had before hand. Stick to the strict diet for another couple of weeks to break this cycle, once the cravings have gone then consider if you want the cheat days or not.

Thank you, did the 60's today (before I read this) and got to 10 reps before my right leg started to shake. I had an ACL replacement about 15 years ago and the surgeon used a bit of my hamstring to make the artificial one, wonder if this has anything to do with it. Either way something to plug away at.

Best way is to go by body fat http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/body-fat-chart.php you have 10-12 % body fat as essential fat. Assuming you are not a high level athlete aim for somewhere in the middle of the fitness range if you will be doing lots of fitness or middle of the acceptable range if not.
