What is the difference between what you do at night and what you do in the day? My guess is night time is when you slow down and relax. You probably have a physiological link between relaxing and wanting to graze. Most links like this can be broken within a week or two, but easily be reestablished. When you meal plan make…

Have you thought about getting a private eye to follow him, alternatively I have heard that water boarding is quite effective when you want a confession.

You are missing the levels for what is considered healthy. Women 20-40 21-33% 41-60 23-35% 61-79 24-36% Men 20-40 8-19% 41-60 11-22% 61-79 13-25% With 20% body fat I am either 1% off being healthy or 4 years.

Of course you judge them. What you say to them or how you act will depend on the person and yourself.

I would never do anything with a cucumber that I could not explain to my mother.

Yes loads of people have, likewise loads of people have lost weight eating 6 meals a day. Its not how many meals its whats they consist of that counts and what suits you best.

I found it a lot easier in my 30's as I no longer feel the need to down a dozen + pints and have a kebab every Friday and Saturday nights.

0.1% milk is a great option (any milk is good, but the less fat the lower calories) chickpeas. Mushrooms, spinach, broccoli all not really high in protein but they are higher than other veg.

Regardless of what you eat, if anything, your body will continue to burn calories through the night at a rate slightly higher than your BMR as you will be moving about in your sleep. There is an argument to be made about slow release proteins and muscle repair through the night post workout, but eating before bed to help…

What a load of rubbish Eat a small snack, like a handful of peanuts, a cereal bar, or a slice of bread with some peanut butter before bed to prevent your body from going into starvation mode, but keep it light so your body continues to burn excess calories in your sleep. This rates as one of the silliest serious comments…

How did you manage to keep a straight face? It is sad though how many people are happy, almost proud, of having a label for a condition (correct or otherwise) so it becomes a burden they are so strong for living with rather than something they should work on to better themselves.

going 400 calories is not a splurge. Come on you need a 4 figure over to count it as a splurge

Sounds like it depends on which one you want most focus on. As both cardio and weights tire you out doing the one you want most focus on first makes sense.

The cereal type diets do work, but they are a complete change to what you were doing before or what you will be doing afterwards. The problem is you have no basis to build a maintenance diet from if you lose on a cereal diet. If you lose best on a cereal diet by all means go back to it, but whilst you are on it try to work…

You can choose lighter options. I did have them for a bit but stopped as I was finding that it was forcing me to snack more than I wanted as I knew another box was coming. What I originally thought would be a nice variety turned into some nice ones and some disappointment when selections were not as good as I hoped. They…

unless you are planning to be a professional athlete I would suggest that 4 hours a day getting fit is too much. With the proper support and care 4 hours a day is not too much for your body but I think it is not good for your whole life balance to be spending so much time following one pursuit.

The more important question to ask yourself is why you went over and if there were mistakes learn from them. One day will not hurt, but going over frequently will.
