mix 1/5 cup of cold water with 4/5th cup of boiling water then add the tea bag. This will prevent the bitter taste you get if you add a tea bag directly to boiling water. Afterwards you can add flavours to taste.

Depends on your current body fat %age and weight. But assuming that the 31lb will put you in or over a healthy range then that is a sensible rate.

If you have weight to lose you have a great source of energy in you body fat. The macros are a lot more important in this case
