Wow, I've never heard of keeping scrambled egg in the fridge before. I'm sure the cheese and bacon you add balances out not having the yolk. So you reheat it? What's the consistency like?

I'm a tiny-boned, 5'2" female and to lose weight on any 'standard' (high carb) diet I've always had to ultimately drop my calories below 1000 which has left me feeling starving. I lost 60lbs years ago on a low calorie medical diet of 600-800 calories a day and messed up my metabolism I suspect. I think hflc can actually…

If they're happy and comfortable in tight clothes may they take all the joy in them they want. I wish I had more confidence to wear tighter things.

Green and blacks cocoa & unsweetened soya milk & sweetener - usually approx 2 carbs. I wouldn't use highlights because of the neat sugar.

It's three thirty and I'm still awake. I partly blame the diet, partly it having been warm here in the U.K. And partly my usual wonky sleeping patterns. It's so frustrating though as I lose most weight when I sleep well.

I think everybody has been through this and the only real answer is not to give in to them. It can be super tough for the first couple of weeks but once you're Keto-adapted they will be much much rarer and you'll barely feel hungry. Unfortunately every time you give in to cravings you set yourself back and make the moment…

Try and eat a big breakfast with lots of fat if you can. I don't often need it when I'm Keto adapted but in the early weeks when hunger creeps in if you really satiate yourself in the morning you'll be much less likely to want to eat the world later. Bacon and eggs is a good brekkie or ham and cheese and boiled eggs if you…

How about salami and cheese / turkey and cheese roll ups for lunch? The guys can have the same filling in their subs and you can add a pickle and maybe make some flax crackers or coconut flour muffins to have with it to fill you up? I'd recommend a low carb baked item like a muffin even if you don't usually have them…

I used to only like milk/white chocolate but lately I'm into Lindt excellence 90% dark - 14g carbs per 100g so I get 20g for under 3 carbs. It's really smooth tasting and not bitter. If you wanted something sweeter you could melt it, mix in some cream, butter and sweetener then reset it in the fridge. I quite like that…

I'm 5'2", female, I eat less than 20g carbs a day and between 1800 and 2000 calories - most of my calories are from fat. According to the guidelines on here I shouldn't lose eating at this calorie level but I lost 50lbs in about 8 months. When I eat carbs and cut calories I tend to gain - and I'm hoping to go back to low…

I restarted last week - I lost 50lbs on this diet previously and have spent the last three years regaining some, losing some, regaining.... This time I really need to keep my focus. Ive lost 7lbs in my first 7 days so it's been a good start!

I have PCOS too. Atkins is the only diet that works for it imo.
