  • I am a complete backwards eater. I work 3rd shift so my 1st meal ( breakfast) is usually anywhere between like 7pm-930pm, depending when I wake up for work. and my dinner can be anywhere between 9a-11a--- and thats only days I actually work. I flip my schedule on my days off. which makes it so hard to track my food…
