I do both. My gym has classes and I won't leave a class but I will turn off a workout video. I run outside when it's nice, but do different stuff at the gym when I am not motivated to work out at home.

Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt, mix in honey (or splenda), vanilla extract and cinnamon and it's awesome. I also throw in a handful of whole grain cereal too.

My gym is so clean and there are at least 3 people vacuuming, wiping or cleaning at any given moment. It doesnt even smell like a gym. Also it's huge, in an old warehouse so it looks pretty because it has all the old beams and exposed brick. Also we have a crap ton of machines and a lot of good classes and times that…

Thank you all! I guess I didnt realize the Forunner wasnt a hrm. Just got super excited when I saw my friends new one and assumed it did everything. I have some more research to do before I plop down $100+

I did it last year in May and I am doing it again this upcoming weekend. It is a lot of fun! I suggest going with at least one person to share the excitement.

I think you might have some negative side effects of caffeine. I would switch to decaf and see if you have the same effects.

Bigelow Oolong tea, Tazo Passion tea or sugar free Kool-aid.

I use Burt's Bee's Baby Bee multipurpose oinment right after the shower. It's safe to use on your face too. I rarely have to reapply during the day!

We put them in the freezer and have a few. I have to support the girls in my school, but I could have just donated money now that I think about it. However, I know I will stay on track more if I will allow myself to have a few on the weekend. I also ordered some to share with my students.

I was eating too many desserts because they were in my calorie limit. Now I am limiting it to once or twice a week. I do eat 80-85% dark chocolate on the regular though. It's good for you! That's what I am telling myself.
