I also do yogurt too. However I end up making a big tub of Pumpkin Greek Yogurt and pairing it with Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Flax. It's so filling and protein rich. Plus when you make a giant tub of it it lasts you all week long. Can't complain with that.

Salad dressing on the side, Minestrone (high in sodium though), Venetian Apricot Chicken is low cal. I feel your pain. Olive Garden is a nightmare for those watching what they eat.

Boca Burger on Sandwich Thin with American cheese, light mayo spinach and a whole roma tomato and ice coffee with 2 tbsp half n half and a handful of pretzel sticks.

When this happens I find it's my body's way of saying please please eat. So I eat as much as I want that day as long as I am still hungry. Sometimes it's good to eat over your calories.

My biggest quirk is that I cannot be around people who make mouth noises when they eat. It makes me cringe.

I work out 95% of the time at the gym. Those random terrible weather days I end up doing my Zumba Kinect or Biggest Loser Boot Camp dvd. I find that once I get home I get distracted. My home is a place of relaxation for me.

I do not prelog but I sketch out in my mind of on an index card what I am going to do for breakfast and lunch every day since that is my hardest time to plan for (aka the busiest time for me). Just cut it up, spritz with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast at 425 for 15 minutes. It's awesome roasted!

There is no doubt you would lose a lot of water weight and shed a lot in this week. But I think it's always been a fad diet. I know some people who have done it to jump start weight loss, but I don't recommend anything extreme like this.

I'm having the save problem too. I'm thinking it has to 2 something with my water, salt and sugar intake. Sugar has been a little high with a birthday drink-a-thon. Hopefully for both of us, this isnt real!

Ah, ok, I misunderstood. I was so comfortable at 1800! I miss that. Oh well! I just need to continue on a path to losing again. I've it all in a healthy sustainable way and I wouldn't want to change that now. I see too many people on here who hit a plateau then try something drastic.

Thanks, I am definitely not eating 1500+ calories. I know that I do not burn that much. I usually do weights, zumba or elliptical on intervals. I will try not eating back exercise calories and see what happens.

Maybe I should be aiming lower than 150! Once my doctor told me she didnt want me under 160. I fall into the bigger framed category though.

Can you portion it out in ziplocs? I have my husband hide things like that in the house so I cant go back for more than one serving. You could try sugar free chocolate milk? I hear chocolate milk is a great post workout snack. ALso, it can be your little "reward" for working out.

Hi there, I am also a 5ft 4 incher! I started at 235lbs and I am now down to 202. My goal weight is 150 right now. I figure once I get close to it I will reevaluate where I need to be and where I want to go.

I agree with another poster. Once you stop looking so hard and be happy doing your own thing something will come along. That's how it has always happened for me. The mouthwash/brushing teeth thing really works. For now I am chewing different flavors of sugar free gum when I get that urge! I still have a sweet tooth though. It's the one thing I cannot seem to conquer. I can do zero sugar but I dont know how to do it in moderation!

I will get a skinny latte, or a non fat cappuccino. I just love love love coffee and don't think life would be as good without it. If I want to cut calories but treat myself to Starbucks I will get a venti passion tea with no sweetener. 0 calories!

Only 3.5, that is still awesome! Slower loss is more manageable in the long run. I would be thrilled to lose 3.5 in a month since I have plateaued all summer.

Chinese foooooood! I used to get Coconut Shrimp or General Tso's with fried rice an eggroll and an order of crab rangoon all to myself.

I hear adding kale or spinach to smoothies doesnt change the taste and its a good way to get in veggies.
