I think it would be best if you chose between the 2. I'm sure you already realize that a lifter is all bulk, meanwhile a long distance runner is usually very lean. I'm almost 5'6. I'm a teenage girl. Atm I weigh around 112, I'm aiming between 108-110. I used to weigh about 123 pounds, which was on the upper end of the scale considering my age.

Ahh I physically don't feel comfortable eating more though! Like I've tried consuming 1700, I just end up feeling bloated and really full for some reason :/

I did the ABC diet, SGD, and "healthy" SGD. (skinny girl diet). like i didn't finish the whole diet plan since i felt really weak. pretty stupid/dangerous thing to do :$ Honestly I dont understand how some people can stay on that diet for the whole month and not wind up dead?!

750 calories is really depriving your body. You need at LEAST 1200 calories a day just to survive and that's if you're sedentary. I've tried that extreme low calorie stuff, it only made me feel weak and lethargic. ditch their diet plan!

maybe try eating your dinner slower that way you can feel full and wont get the urge to snack afterwards? or chew a piece of gum after and go for a walk.
