As a kid i was told it was bad to eat before bed-- but i dont believe that anymore, Im a big believer in calories in calories out, ie doesn't matter when you eat or how much as long as you have a caloric deficit.

i take 1 oz of lemon juice each morning, I dont know if it helps me or not with losing weight, but its a good source of vitamin C, and has no calories, so it cant hurt.

i had a very protein rich dinner tonight which put me at 1148 calories for the day much closer to my MFP goal of 1420, and im feel a lot better thanks for the support guys, I friend-ed you guys because i need to have friends on this app that are supportive, if you open to that please accept.

Yea, i def. think getting a little caffeine each day is helpful to weight loss, as long as you drink plenty of water, because its helps keep you alert and active during the day, i would suggest 1/4 of a caffine tab or the sugar free energy drinks ( like the one you suggested)
