I think coffee/caffeine can help a little mainly because it gets you moving alittle more than you would and even alittle bit more movement over the course of the day adds up to more calories burned

I love the yolk of the egg, and im not a wasteful person so i buy the (allwhites) where they have already seperated it. I do that so i can add 1 real egg, plus like 5 or 6 eggs-worth of whites and still stay low on calories when i make an omlet. Its more filling that way and i can eat more.

I know what you guys mean, I try really hard to limit my sodium intake, but if i eat even 1 meal that uses processed food, i go over even MFP's lax limit for sodium..

i dont think weight has anything to do with it, I was never overweight when i was younger, and i always preferred being on the bottom. I think with me, i am so much in control of the rest of my life that when i comes to sex I dont wanna be in control for once.

I used to shave every other day, but now usually i have to shave everyday, because when i dont i have like a full on man beard :( And the latest dissapointment is there is gray in my beard and im only 34 :(

Before I started this diet/lifestyle change in Jan, every day, now its like every 2 or 3rd day. I dont like that, im trying to get more fiber but its difficult.

I lost 30 pounds over the course of 2 months, then it slowed down to about 0.5 pound a week(7 pounds from first goal), seems the closer you get to where your body wants to be the harder it is to get the last few pounds off.

I got some muscle in my chest do (chest fly) machine exercises (low rep, high weight), I can feel them, but cant see them very well yet, because i still have some fat over them, if i can get my body fat % down to about 15-16 the muscle should start well.

I got pretty chubby for awhile there, Im 6ft and i was 223 pounds when i started my diet and exercise on Jan 4th 2012, since then i have lost 30 pounds, i still have a ways to go, but im much happer already.
