Cutting Body Fat Percentage

A question for those who cut body fat percentage on a regular basis or anyone who knows about nutrition/fatloss in general
Anyone ever tried one main meal (Probably breakfast) + 4-5 protein shakes to cut body fat?
The video below that i have linked, Peter Le explains how he went from 14% to 7% in 30 days

Just doing some quick calorie and macro counting
Breakfast (7am) - 200g Brown Rice + 250g chicken breast + 150g broccoli
Second Breakfast (10am) - Protein Shake
Afternoon Tea (1pm) - Protein Shake
Lunch (4pm) - Protein Shake
Post MORNING workout - Protein Shake
Post EVENING workout - Protein Shake
Carb: 101g
Protein: 219g
Fat: 12g
Fiber: 10g
Calories: 1500 exactly
What do you guys think? I get my macros + 'extreme' calorie deficit (I usually eat 1800-2000 to cut weight)

This just makes me wonder how your digestive system will respond to the lack of plant/fruit fiber. It may be TMI but have you found that a diet like this causes indigestion?0

I agree with Cherrytulips...
I don't understand how this could possibly be safe.
I imagine your body would hate you after only living off a large meal in the morning and surviving with protein shakes (with who knows what's really in them) for the rest of the day, for a month.
Personally, I enjoy chewing all of my meals, and prefer to know exactly what I'm putting in my body. You can get more than enough protein from natural sources like fish, meat, nuts, milk, etc. I've dropped about 10% body fat this past year, never once touching a shake.0 -
Sounds similar to the Velocity diet.
Do you think there would be a difference in body comp if you had the exact same cals and macros listed but instead of protein shakes you ate whole foods?0 -
