Morning to Night fluctuations: What is yours?

How much do you fluctuate between your morning and night weigh-ins, if you ever tried it? I have been wondering so I measured and it seems to be around 4 pounds difference! o.o Is yours that high as well?

What I find odd is how much I lose sleeping. Like, 3 pounds. What the heck am I doing that sheds that much weight? Yea, I know, it's all water, but still!0 -

I am glad to know I am not the only one, haha It probably is water weight that you lose by sweating during the night. I don't think the body uses 3 pounds of fat at night but that sure would be nice0

I only weigh myself once a month, if that... but when I was weighing more often, I would gain anywhere from about from 2-5 lbs. in a day. I think my record was 7.5 lbs. once.0
