  • August 31- 186.2 September 30- 183.8 October 31- 183 Down 3.2 pounds in 3 months... At least I'm losing. Slowly, but surely. It helps to look at it like this, though. For the remainder of the year, I am going to focus on non-scale related goals.
  • I strongly suggest going to a site like iifym.com to calculate your TDEE and then deduct 20% to determine how many calories you should be eating. Then be sure to get plenty of protein, healthy fats, fiber and sleep! Good Luck!
