@speedy - Way to go! Keep up the good work.Session with my trainer this morning. She's gonna be the death of me. She had me do speed intervals up hills on the stationary bike this morning... for 20 minutes.
So this was me after the first 20 minutes
And after that, there was weight lifting (lower body).
My HRM went up to 170 and stayed about there the entire time! And I have a pretty good cardio and recovery time.
So this was pretty much what I looked like after my session with her.
Gotta love chocolate milk!
So I covered 6 miles on the stationary bike in 20 minutes.:noway: :sick:0 -

Woke up this morning and there was S**W on the ground. But, this was the day I had planned to walk the bike trail so when it warmed up to 32F, out I went. I overestimated my energy level today (oops  A bicyclist going the other way wearing a black ski mask   I don't think he had a crowbar anyway. I was bundled up in my layers and earmuffs and gloves just walking, so I'm sure he needed it to ride. (he was going at a pretty good pace). Anything to keep our tushes moving out there, right.) so I was dragging myself back to the car when what did I see
I could have stayed home on the dreadmill, but where's the fun in that? :laugh:0
