    Up to when I went to bed last night am up to 74.6 km.

    Am also upping what I think I can do for the month. If I push a little harder some days I might be able to make it to 195 km.

    And totally on another note...
    I went grocery shopping today. I made a total idiot of myself when I started to laugh out loud... :laugh: :laugh:
    I was putting bananas in my shopping cart, and I was thinking.. you KNOW what I was thinking! :wink: :wink:
    Good thing there wasn't too much people.
    The guy that was working in the Fruits & Veggies looked at me, and did this -->> :huh:

    And, for those of you who have fallen behind due to illness or injury or just life.....It's OK :flowerforyou: Do Not Give Up!!! All of us have good days and bad days. Hopefully the good days outnumber the bad but.......well sometimes not.:frown: Keep trying and you will get closer to your goal.....really. :smile:

    Session with my trainer this morning. She's gonna be the death of me. She had me do speed intervals up hills on the stationary bike this morning... for 20 minutes.:sad:
    So this was me after the first 20 minutes

    And after that, there was weight lifting (lower body).
    My HRM went up to 170 and stayed about there the entire time! And I have a pretty good cardio and recovery time.
    So this was pretty much what I looked like after my session with her.

    Gotta love chocolate milk!

    So I covered 6 miles on the stationary bike in 20 minutes.:noway: :sick:
