    Wednesday … did 5 minutes on recumbent elliptical for .50 miles before strength training followed by 30 minutes of recumbent bike for 30 minutes for another 5.77 miles. It's a good day today.

    OOPs … forgot to say the total for the month is 17.9 miles

    Started off the day playing tennis. So much fun! But with no fitbit - can't count miles. Had planned on going to the gym for a workout, But..........it was so nice out ...............and i have to report in to Move Your @ss challenge
    so.............

    cycled instead - 18.4 miles at a good average for me as i was pushing it the whole way 16.5 avg. and windy - so i am happy.

    Total for November 6th - 18.4
    Total for November - 97.8
    To Go - 252.2
    Goal - 350

    Day is not over - get out there Movers - you can do it!

    OK guys, I'm IN!! I'm fairly new to all of this, so I'm going to start small, and set a goal of 30 miles. Here is my brand new ticker. Hope it works!

    Okay, yes, you need to set a new goal to shoot for to the end of the month. We're only one week in so I'd recommend multiplying your total so far times 4 for your new goal of 120-130ish.
