If your goal is 1300 that's what you should be netting . it does sound a bit low though. Read the in place of a roadmap thread . i cant really offer any advise, my stats are very similar to yours and im struggling at the moment to know where to eat after just starting this ! But im eating about the same as you, I'd say, after reading a ton of these threads you just need to keep at it, the wight you put in is water or hormone changes you'll be good x

Helpful thread :) After a month I wasn't loosing, using the MFP details. .... So had a look and figured this might be the best route, I found the 1200 MFP gave me was under my BMR... Which I still don't know which is right. The Mfp one (1312)or the one on the Scooby site (1427 ) I've gone with the MFP one. My tdee is 1707…

Thanks, 5th weeks starts today with a weigh on loss of just 0.2 lbs which is nothing. I can honestly say after 4 weeks of happily eating 1200 cal a day (I've netted at around 1100) I'm really worried about upping this to 1300 net.. Will it really be ok ? Wow, I'm in this same boat. Mfp told me 1200 cal. My bmr says 1317.... To maintain it says I need q800 ish... Both I said I was sedentry. I'm not aiming to lose quickly. A pound a week or so. So, set my net calorie goal at at least my BMR , of 1317 will be ok ? Because 1200 is too low ? Set my weight loss goals around 0.5 to 1lb per week. Eat any excercise calories. Jobs a good un ?

I really appreciate this. Mfp told me I needed to stay at 1200 calories. After looking around my BMR is 1317 ish this confuses me. But still ...I think I'm going to put my net goal to 1330 and eat my excersise calories.... ? soundsabout right I think ?

I went to 1200 purely because My Fitness Pal told me that's what I needed to have....but actually I'm a bit concerned now its not enough ! I found a site that also gives me the calories I need to stay at my weight. I'm anywhere between sedentry and lightly active ...I'd go with sedentry. Which gave me 1707 I walk to work…
