Thank you! I just used Gold Bond Ultimate strength and resilience lotion. My skin still hasn't caught up with my weight loss, but it is kind of hidden, thank goodness. On my face I do use Roc under my eyes. I moisturize every day. I use Cetaphil cream in the jar under my makeup...gives you a nice glow.

1) I'm not THAT fat. 2) I don' t really overeat, I just can't lose the weight no matter if I excercised or not. 3) If I can't eat what I want, then life's not worth livin'. But I'm done with that kind of thinking...I just started MFP in January and I'm down almost 9 lbs. I'm so excited.

Did they check your heart? I suffer from migraines,but they are under control now. I know several people that had a leaky heart valve that caused their migranes....which would explain why exercise would trigger your headaches.
