Once a week! I'm having mine today. I eat all the yummy stuff I wanted during the previous part of the week so I'm not tempted at all for the rest of the week.0

One "off the diet" meal, on Sundays.0

I have been really struggling this week and I have been deciding what to do about treat days. I know that if I just had one day to get it out of my system I would be completely fine but I am scared to have one in case it messes with my weight loss that week...0

I usually have a treat day once a week. It is nothing big, just a donut or a mocha or something like that. I do however have some all out bad days, and those I really try to have once a month or less. I do believe that you need to indulge every once in a while or you become apt to say forget the whole thing and blow it all.0

I don't feel so bad now. I had cracked crab last night (fresh) and had extra sour baguette slices. Back today to eating better. Good idea to have an occasional day off and not kick myself too much for it.0

If you need treat days, you're being too restrictive daily.
If you have some of what you want every day, you wont need a treat/cheat day!0 -
No treat "days." maybe a treat MEAL once or twice a month. But only after you have reached your goal.0

I don't have a specific ''treat day'' but when I'm really craving something (like REALLY) I'm going to have a little bit of it.0

I feel better. I started on the 1st and lost 11 pounds. I have stuck to my calories everyday but 3 days (and when I say over I mean anywhere from 10 to around 150 over my 1200). Last night was one of those days. I could not get ice cream off my mind so I treated myself to about 1/2 cup and felt just horrible about it.0

If you like treat day you should give the Butterfield Diet a go. It works great:

My old trainer said everyone needs one cheat per week. Not a whole day, but just a meal. Some weeks I don't, but usually it falls in unexpectedly. One time I went like 3 weeks THINKING of what I REALLY wanted. lol I didn't want to waste my cheat on something that wasn't worth it.
I gave myself a donut a few weeks ago, for hitting the 26lb mark.
I haven't actually had a cheat (technically) since the 5th (my bday). I've thought about it, but again, couldn't think of something that's REALLY REALLY worth it.0
