try throwing in peanut butter, eggs, chicken, dairy products, beans, nuts, fish, turkey... make at least your breakfast high protein so that you keep off the hunger... With my elliptical maching's calculation of how much I've burnt... I use MFP's info to calculate calories burned from different exercises... But I'm also eating well balanced meals that are lower in fat and high in protein... Even my carbs are pretty good...

Maybe you should try weighing yourself once a month. Weight can fluctuate up and down with water intake, full bladders, a just recent meal, anything like that.
