"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" I love this saying by Kate Moss... I know if has had a lot of controversy, but it is helping me--a non-anorexic :) I say it to my self when I really am craving food. Does anybody else have things they do or say to help with those food cravings?

Training for a 5K
This morning I ran 1.5 miles without stopping! Ran it in 20 minutes! I couldn't believe it! Up till now I have done that distance but alternated between walking and running, my longest run having been 6 minutes... I am so excited!!!!

I read something recently that I thought was very eye opening, since I tend to do the exact opposite. I eat very little all day, and then at night I have a lot of calories left over, so I eat a big 'ol meal but still stay withing my total amount of calores for the day.
