^^^ Not to mention that's how injuries can start up - from bad form.

I know I would like Big Bang Theory if it weren't for the fact that I work with a guy that's EXACTLY like Sheldon, even down to looks! It's striking how they'll say very similar things. So, I can see how it'd be funny from a safe distance, but when it's in real life it's quite irritating!

I don't recommend em, unless you really need wrist support on pressing. The callouses and blisters are your badges of honor - cherish them.

Whichever is the better rack...

Yes! I hear ya. Hairpin curves through the mountains = good One big circle around the lake = not good
-
I agree with curves  but there are SO many times when an otherwise very attractive woman opens her mouth and quickly becomes detestable. Lots of celebs fit that category. Personality is always the biggest turn on (or off), then the other stuff.

^^^ Exactly!

feduh... no... higher Your looks are higher and that whole Arabian thing is a plus too ;)

I peaked when I was like 7 - 2nd grade was AWESOME! It was all down hill from there.

My ears are ringing. What's going on here?

I'm an aspiring shepherd. But for now, I'm an adviser for corporate practices around software lifecycle policies - yeah boring, thus the aspirations.

I don't do a lot of grunting or dropping weights, but I def have to catch my breath & sit or kneel after a tough set. I've caught myself on one knee sometimes, holding my head up with one hand. So basically, to an onlooker, I'm Tebow-ing, haha!

You don't put it right on your traps. Just below, as others have pointed out. And no there's no shame, try not to care what others think like Addison ^^^. But, yeah, shouldn't be any real pain if you get it in right spot. It used to hit my neck bones til I realized I needed to lower the bar a bit.

It's just meat-flavored bread. Where's the beef?

Yep, and one more to add. Timing can make a difference. There seems to be a lot more traffic during the US' weekday business hours. A topic posted on weekends or at odd hours just doesn't get as many eyes on it as otherwise.

BSN Syntha 6 has a bunch of added sugars & fat in it. A non-issue if it fits in your macros, but most folks want their protein powders "clean".

I agree, but most flavors of ON are cheaper than that on amazon.

I've been told I have the maturity of a much younger man

"Hello" by Evanescence. You don't hear it much cuz she refuses to perform it in public. It's about her sister that died when she was in grade school & how she coped. Powerful song!

Pfff... rookies! Only 7 Krispy Kremes?

It kinda depends on the type of workout it is. Oaker ^^^ is referring to workouts that are designed for relatively beginning-intermediate lifters. They incorporate large compound moves that work many muscles across more than 1 muscle group, like squats. They tend to have you working out about 3-4 x a week. These are ideal…

Kell 25?

I agree ^^^ and would add that it will help if you look up more as you begin your lift. Your head will follow your eyes, and your back alignment will follow your head, if that makes sense.

I'm excited to see stories & characters too, but usually if you find an award winning cast & concept, you don't rock the boat too much. Their model of shaking things up so much every season worries me that they won't be able to live up to the expectations and won't be able to keep attracting good cast with "one & done"…

I think going 800 cals over your maintenance is a little overkill. You'll def be able to put on weight, but you might see more fat than you like or than you need to. I ditto what Nymph says about needing 1 gm of protein per lb (lbm vs bm is splitting hairs I think), but I'd go more for 400-500 over maintenance at most,…

I actually don't for the most part, and trying to rid it for good. But when I'm mad I let em fly. And when I'm trying to psyche myself up big time for something it's even worse - think Mike Tyson. I guess it does have its place, but I don't intend for others' ears. I admit, when I hear someone that can't go without…

I've tried to tell people my name is properly pronounced Keeng-Uv-Aw-Sem-Nis, but nobody gets it right, not even my parents.
