So glad it's still going!

In addition to Chris' suggestions, I think this link has some pretty good assistance ideas. I use a few of em. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxoLbji8ts0 [really don't get his choice of music tho ^^^]

No kidding! Wearing the whole pop tart & ice cream badge of honor around here is so old. Yeah, yeah, many of us eat em but who cares? Quit sounding so desperate to argue.

Here's one. Everyone knows that these two truths exist: 1) If a buttered piece of toast is dropped, it will always land butter-side-down (due to Murphy's law) 2) A cat, if dropped, will always land on its feet. What would happen if you secured buttered toast to a cat's back and dropped it? Which law would prevail? I…

Just did it... was pretty awesome! 71. Curls are definitely my weakness; I rarely spend time on em.

The better question is, what don't I eat at a mexican food restaurant? I enjoy it & work out later.

Or do them more slowly. For me doing the hanging leg raises in slo-mo made it brutal!

every day... I hear it does a body good

Whatever gets you motivated to keep working & staying active is good in my book. There are cons to every workout style when done without common sense. Major props to your success!!!

The problem with this ^^^, is that EVERY question or comment, no matter how stupid or cute, has been asked around here. Hang around long enough & you'll see. So by that logic why not just get rid of the ability to post any new threads?

bump for later. This looks right up your alley Chris!

So for everyone who says you should use the search function more, are you claiming that you have not asked a question that also has not already been asked on here before? You stick around long enough & you'll have seen every question under the sun on these boards, no matter how ridiculous.

Not to burst your bubble, but 38c/18f/42p = 482 cals.

I've never liked it indoors! It's tolerable on an outside track. It's pretty good when I run around town. It's FUN when I run on paths or thru nature.
-
Haha, I think it turned into a who does the most gifs & bribes. I'm not sure votes were even counted toward the end.

Good move. No need to rush into the next level lifting program until you're stalled on SL. I went almost a year on SL (but also had some lost time due to an injury for a couple months).

bumping, as it is my mission to make a prot-heavy cake that even my wife will approve of!

A lot of folks are only concerned with calories, not macros, and therefore do not even enter the P, C, F numbers in their food entries - only the calorie total. Which sucks cuz then if you use that entry unwittingly your own macro numbers will be screwed up.

LOVE me some Pisces!

Love this! And I love integrating things into his 5/3/1 program like barbell complexes or sprints. He's onto something :)

I use it for cooking. It has virtually the same benefits as olive oil, but it retains those properties even in high heat, where olive oil does not.

This ^^^ Any parent of more than 1 child should know they all come very different. And that your parenting skills aren't all they're cracked up to be. Of course, there's bad parenting, but that does NOT fully explain the behavior of some kids. Don't get me wrong, I kinda like the policy too. But anytime I hear anyone say…

I'll just say this, whenever I see someone quite overweight at the gym (or track or whatever) I have a lot of respect for them, provided they keep coming. Cuz I know it's harder for them to get there & do what they're doing than it is for me. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels that way either.

newsman: ..and now for more on proposition 48 Homer: mooching war widows!

^^^ moleman: I was saying boo urns

Marge: Sometimes moms & dads get a little... 'used' to each other Homer: Yeah, dads especially!

Sadly, these have become more & more run out of here the last couple years.

My wife rly doesn't ever like waffles, so she suggested I have em with someone else.

Some good truth here ^^^ Truly, it's both - diet AND exercise are important if you want abs that "pop". Of course you can see abs if you just starve enough, but they won't look as good as those that've been built up. Like any other muscle they can be developed better with resistance training and made more visible with the…
