just a little tip... to stop overeating.... big glass of cold water right before you eat, and eat slower.............. if you eat too fast your brain doesnt have the chance to register that your full, so you keep eating and eating..... dont worry...... flush yourself with tons++ of water today, and get back on track....…

watch your salt intake too!!
