BMI = make you feel like a fatass. Everyone is correct...it doesn't reflect a more fit / muscular build. While I do have a few lbs to lose....I am very fit...and run 3 miles a day........wear a size 8. I'm 42...5'2 and 150. According to the BMI..........27.9.............obese.
