Sounds like a good plan. You definately don't want your kids to poor self image from this. I think logging on when they're not around will still help give you the motivation and success you want. Keep up the good work! (weight loss and parenting). :flowerforyou:

My favorite is 6" veggie delilte on multigrain bun, with provolone cheese, all the veggies, and just a little mustard! Yummm! It is filling and a great way to get my veg's. My drink is always water. No more cookies, though. :cry:

I'm new to myfitnesspal and to message boards. I'm excited about finally losing weight and getting (and giving) support towards that goal. I'm even excited about counting calories for the first time in my life! I love how easy it is to keep track of my food and exercise on myfitnesspal. It's very encouraging! :smile:
