Thanks guys...I ended up feeling a bit more energetic and motivated and went, enjoyed it (mostly!). I took it fairly easy though. Will definitely have a look at my diet though...I'm thinking I need to make sure I'm getting enough protein and vitamins.

Me too, I'm vegetarian and have been for about 25 years (it's way healthier too)

What about pilates or yoga or a low impact swim on your rest days? Then you're varying it up, but none of those exercises are high impact.

Personally I love kick/ boxing so would pick those ones (MMA and boxing). Capoeira could be fun, as could belly dancing. Tai-chi, yoga and pilates will be good for when you want to chill down a bit more. But, I think I need to just say 'Stilletto workout????!!!!'

I spent 8 months in SE Asia last year (most of it in Cambodia and Thailand - you'll love it). Make the most of it being sunny and swim loads - in Siem Reap for example you can go to hotel pools and ask if you can pay a few dollars to use them or buy some food/ drinks and there's a great lake near Angkor Wat that locals…
