taebo is a really great one (forgot the mans name now) its jumps boxing in it dirty dancing one is great aswell (learning the dances) beverly goddard is another good one she even does chin exercises aswell as the rest of the body i need to get hold of these dvds soon x

thank you ive got the hospital on 13th feb to get test results but when i spoke to them last the test results for a 24hr heart trace hadnt come back (i had the test in october) i just hope the test results are waiting for me to hear on the 13th feb. im sure things will be fine. yeah its just the exerciseing they didnt want…

i hate all salad things apart from cucumber mussli (sorry about spelling) most fruit think thats it ut there is some healthy foods i havent tried yet plus if i dont like the look of it then i dnt like to try it either :indifferent:

this might sound mad but since ive started using sweetners in my coffee ive been fine i find the sweetners called slimmer is the best one but these are hard to find but try any sweetner it might help :flowerforyou:

i have long straight hair so i just throw it in a pony or bun. i have some friends who have curly hair and they had it cut short or u could ask a hairdresser what they would recumend (soz bout spelling mistake) hope u sort it out soon x
