I'm a SAHM to an almost 3yo, and a 15mo, I wear the 15mo in a carrier and my almost 3yo walks, and we go for a walk almost every single day. That's the only excercise I do.

Yup, in fact this week I had 2 splurge days and still managed to lose 3 lbs :) I try to eat sensible looking portions, that's about it.

The other day I was finally able to fit my favorite bath towel around my whole body again without any of my hip or thigh showing :) I was doing a happy dance when I got out of the shower!

What an amazing accomplishment! How wonderful! Definitely an inspiration, I have a long way to go, but looking at what you've accomplished lets me see why I have to keep pushing on! Congrats!
