    Thanks for the advice. My internet stopped working the day after I signed up, typical. However, I am back and going to get losing weight. Do you enjoy shopping now? I buy whatever fits and I hate it, were you like that?

    Okay, so I am not quite at my goal, got another 14 pounds to go. But basically I was 20 stone ( 280 pounds) and I saw pictures of myself and thought this isn't me, I have to lose weight, tried many diets then stumbled across My Fitness Pal.

    I have gone from a 50 waist to a 36, XXXL shirt to an L shirt and I feel so much better in myself. Here are pictures of me before and now with 14 pounds left to go.
