    Amazing! Help for heroes too, great cause. I have just started on here and I hope I can make my target weight. Did you find it easy?

    It wasn't easy for the first 3 months. It has gradually got a lot easier over the last 8 or 9 month to the point where I am comfortable with the amount of food I now eat. At first it was a bit of a shock cutting down on calories but now it is much easier!

    Thank you to the above comments, very kind of you to comment.

    36 waist is almost a tiny bit tight and my recommended weight is 14 pounds less than I am, so I will aim for that but truth be told once I am comfortable in my new 36 inch waisted trousers I will be even happier and maintain my weight! So might not be quite 14 more pounds off. Best feeling is shopping for clothes I like rather than just what will fit!
