It do it just to help me stay on track, it works well for me. Really just curious because the normal fluctuations seem more extreme.

With tuna, I use low fat plain yogurt and a smidge of mayo.

I think the it probably depends on the PF you are using. There are 2 within a few blocks of each other in my neighborhood one is great and the other is so so. I am so happy to belong here and upgraded to the black card so that I could use the gym when I am visiting family, traveling,etc.

I use the Nike Training Club (NTC) app on my iphone and I love it . It's 30 minutes of interval training with essentially a different exercise every minute- so you never get bored.
