I'm with you..25 - 30lbs to lose for Wedding end of April.. I have an 11 week old baby so hence the extra weight to lose.. Im sticking to 1200 a day at the moment but it's only day 6 so I'll see how the weigh-in goes.. Feel free to add.. Need loads of friends for accountability please..

Hey all :) I'm 29 and successfully lost 32lbs using this app 2 yrs ago, I lost focus last year and so put about 10lbs back on :( Looking for friends and support to start again, I know it can be done. Aiming for 20lbs loss now :) Anyone looking to support or needing support feel free to add me :)

Thanks guys.. I'm heading to a physio on Saturday to see can they diagnose it for sure.. And give me some exercises to help.. But I'll have a look on the net in the mean time. Looking at a bike in the mean time so I can still get exercising in! Thanks for the support

Hi all, Just signed up for the mini marathon today with my two sisters.. Can't wait for it :) Hope to have lost my final few pounds by then too :) Also doing the 10k in Phoenix park this wkend, Fingers crossed I make it to the finish line in one piece.. :) Best of luck to everyone. Yes.. In fact having something else to focus on like exercise and calorie counting kept me distracted enough that now I don't even think about smoking...I'm repulsed by the smell of smokers and can't believe I used to smell like that.. Although on a night out when alcohol is involved, the temptation rises..

I just started back two weeks ago and really surprised myself how far I've come in that time.. Not much in speed but in distance.. I guess i can feel fitness creeping in!

Plan ahead! Prepare ur lunches and snack so they are ready to go.. Also if ur allowing urself a treat meal which I do on a Saturday night, make sure u put in the extra exercise for it.. Enjoy it and don't feel guilty. If u have that to aim for then u will keep going with the rest of ur healthy eating!! Good luck u can do…

Reading ur first post literally sounded like I wrote it.. 20lbs to lose just to get to where I know I should be.. I've clothes in my wardrobe that I refuse to throw out because I am determined to wear them again.. Friend add on its way..
