How is that a weak goal?! I wanna lose weight and tone up.. im like 154 pounds and my ideal weight would be around 130 or even less, but I was just being realistic for the short term..

Thanks so much guys. I hope so. I think im just gonna stick to working out every day, eating healthily/the right amount of calories, and not weigh myself again until the end of the month.
