level one bicycle crunches and pushups
hey guys. im on day 9 of level one and although ive mastered knee push ups, i still absolutely suck at bicycle crunches. it looks simple and doesnt require rhythm but.... i seriously cant do them very well. anyone have any tips/feel my pain?!

What should I eat before a spin class?
Had breakfast at 8 and my spin class is at 12, im guessing i should eat atleast something else before my spin class or else I'll die half way through,... also, has anyone been to a spin class before, and could tell me what its like?

beginners guide to strength training at the gym..
i really wish there was a comprehensive guide to this. i have no idea what any of the machines at the gym for 'strength training' etc are called or how to use them as a beginner to aid my weight loss. if anyone could give me some tips i would be really appreciative.

Call me crazy, but....
I swear, it feels like since ive started using myfitnesspal and counting calories i've gained weight rather than lost it. whereas before i ate healthy and in moderation without counting calories and wasn't gaining whatsoever.... /rantover
