im in the same boat. you just have to take each day as it comes and as for the over eating/binging problem, stop buying junk food. as soon as you enter the gym and complete the first workout youll feel so much more inclined to repeat it everyday. good luck and dont give up xx

im 5'7 which isnt that tall compared to you guys i suppose but i feel freakishly tall when wearing heels because i usually tower over men..but now....i dont care and i like being tall!

wow thanks guys for being so nice!! :) well its my university gym im a member of, never really feel too comfortable in there. but gonna go tomorrow morning and be brave! im home in 2 weeks and feel completely fine at my home gym, guess cos im more familiar with it!

the first few days i used 2 x 0.68kg now ive gone up to 2 x 1.13kg (im on day 10 of level one).

ive been on different birth control pills since i was 16 and i havent gained weight from them, i dont think so anyway!

depends how often you are able to see each other, and how often you are able to skype/talk to each other if not. my bf is in the navy, havent seen him in over a year now, its hard

For me, the scariest part about going to the gym is the going part. But once youre in there, and youre working out, and especially when youve finished, you will feel an overwhelming sense of achievement (and be awfully sweaty if youve worked out hard enough :P).
